Fees

Invoices will be raised at the end of each month for the month ahead sessions, payment is required by 15th of each month. Late payment of invoices may incur a 10% surcharge.

No fees will be charged when we are closed on bank holidays and between Christmas and New Year.

A 10% reduction of fees on regular sessions is available for siblings (this will only apply to Rangers when they have a sibling in The Baby, Toddler or Kindergarten Rooms). The discount will be applied to the oldest child.

Funding

Great Wood Farm Early Years Centre is registered for EYE funding which is available for 15 hours a week for all 3 and 4 years olds, with up to 30 hours a week for eligible working families.  This funding can be term time, or stretched for 22 hours a week over 51 weeks of the year.   We are also offer funding for babies and toddlers, from the term after they turn 9 months for eligible working families; this funding is for up to 22 hours a week, stretched over 51 weeks of the year. 

We offer optional additional service charges which covers all meals and snacks, non-food consumables and extra activity charges which covers the farm and Forest School.  The government funding covers basic delivery of care and through the additional service charges, we are able to deliver the quality education and service that makes Great Wood Farm special.
